What are the causes and effects of air pollution?

Answer:
When people build fires in poorly ventilated caves. That is one way.
The primary air pollutants found in most urban areas are carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides, hydrocarbons, and particulate matter (both solid and liquid). These pollutants are dispersed throughout the world's atmosphere in concentrations high enough to gradually cause serious health problems. Serious health problems can occur quickly when air pollutants are concentrated, such as when massive injections of sulfur dioxide and suspended particulate matter are emitted by a large volcanic eruption. That is also an example.

it is a lot of help. (Just for causes don't expect any effects.)
The causes of air pollution is the fumes from vehicles and smoke from factories. The effects of air pollution is lung cancer and other diseases that may lead to death.
Causes..

  • noxious gasses into atmousphere

  • most large industries

  • motor vehicles (automobiles, airplates, jets, rockets, etc.) automobile is the leading contributer pollution in cities

  • coal burning power plants

  • fuel combustion

  • natural fires

Effects..

  • large cities have smog in the air

  • heath concerns

(young and elderly are the easiest targets)
include: asthma, heart disease, lung disease, itchy eyes, sinuses, scratchy throats

  • atmousphere layers will be damaged and clogged by pollutants

  • acid rain- pollution is combined with the air's moisture and result is acidic rain

  • global warming- pollutants around atmousphere traps heat and increases the temperature
