The Palestinian Civil War began in 2006, after Hamas's electoral victory over the incumbent Fatah party and has continued, politically and sometimes militarily up to this day. At that point, Fatah was unwilling to completely surrender power to Hamas. Hamas became increasingly agitated and violence erupted between the militant wings of these two parties as to who should have the right to control Palestine. The brunt of this fight occurred in the summer of 2007 when Hamas forcibly ejected Fatah from the Gaza Strip. Fatah, meanwhile, was able to prevent a Hamas takeover in the West Bank.
This resulted in the split of Palestinian Authority into two polities, both seeing themselves the true representatives of the Palestinian people - the Fatah ruled Palestinian National Authority in the West Bank and the Hamas Government in Gaza. The two groups have attempted to reconcile, but at this point it comes down to the fact that neither group wishes to step down from power in favor of the other and that Hamas refuses to accept the Oslo Accords as a basis for dealing with Israel while Fatah does.

There were many causes for the Lebanese Civil War, but the greatest was likely the attempts of the PLO and other Palestinian Militant Organizations to coopt (through violence) the Lebanese Government to gain increased support for Palestinian Refugees in the country.
There were numerous Palestinian Refugee Camps that were involved in the Lebanese Civil War. One of the darkest moments of the Lebanese Civil War was when the Israeli military assisted the Christians Falangists massacre the Palestinian Refugee Camps of Sabra and Shatila.

This question is difficult to answer for two reasons. Firstly, there are two conflicts going on in Palestine (the first is the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict and the second is the Palestinian Civil War and related violence). Secondly, opinions widely vary as to what the causes of these conflicts are. It is likely that religion is a bigger player in the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict than the Palestinian Civil War. A strong argument can be made that either conflict is not based on religion in any substantial way and strong arguments can also be made that religion is the defining aspect of these conflicts. In depends on more on the person than anything else. Personally, I do not find the "religion" angle terribly appealing in either case. I think the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict is a ethnic nationalist conflict and that the Palestinian Civil War is a war fought for political control. Please see the Related Questions below for more information on both conflicts.
