Best Answer

Clouds are created out of water vapor from evaporated water. The water vapor comes from bodies of water, from a puddle to the ocean, that was evaporated from the sun. This vapor travels into the air, and sticks as clouds, until it comes back down as precipitation; snow, hail, rain, etc. And then the cycle starts again.

Hydrogen and oxygen, as clouds are just water in a different state, so they still have the molecular formula H2O.
