If by elements you mean the components inside, then:
CPU (Stands for Central Processing Unit, e.g. Intel Core i7)
RAM (Stands for Random Access Memory, e.g Corsair 8GB 1600MHz)
A Video Card (Also called a Graphics card or GPU (Graphical Processing Unit) e.g. NVIDIA EVGA GeForce gtx 560 ti)
A HDD (Stands for Hard Drive Disk, e.g. A Sandisk Barracuda)
A MotherBoard (e.g. Asus M5A 78L-M LX V2)
A PSU (Power Supply Unit, e.g. Xigmetek 500w)
And a Case (e.g. Zalman z9 Plus)
At a very basic level, the elements of any computing system is an input device, a processing device, and an output deivce. Input devices include mice, keyboards, and scanners, while output devices include monitors or printers. The processing device at the very basic level is the CPU, or central processing unit. This is the main unit that takes information from the input device, acts on that information, and returns information to the output devices. In the PC computer, this processing unit requires a lot of support elements, such as a motherboard to hold the processor and direct signals into and out of the processor. The motherboard also handles routing information through circuits to and from various other areas of the computer as directed by the CPU, such as additional memory called RAM, or permanent storage devices such as the hard drive. The motherboard also deal with the power requirements of all parts of the computer, taking power from the power supply and distributing it to all attached devices that require it, including the processor. Additions can be found in computers and are often for specialized uses, such as specific cards to handle video or high quality sound, or specific connections for external devices, such as firewire or USB. All of these additions are connected in some way to the motherboard, and thus to all of the other elements in the computer.
who discribed many elements of the modern digital computer ? who discribed many elements of the modern digital computer ?
The fundamental elements of a computer include the central processing unit (CPU), memory (RAM), storage (hard drive or SSD), input devices (keyboard, mouse), output devices (monitor, printer), and the motherboard which connects and controls these components. These elements work together to process data and execute tasks.
A user is a computer operator. The other two major elements of a computer are hardware and software. The term "peopleware" has been coined to apply to computer users.
