What is considered stalking? Am you stalking your girlfriend? How do you counter stalking charges? What are the concequences of stalking in Canada? If allegations of stalking someone I knew 15 years ago suddenly calls up and accuses me of stalking her and dropping things off at her residence 450 miles away how to disprove a false accusation? When stalking someone in canada you can go to jail for many years or there are concequences if you get caught.? How would you proove that someone is stalking and or harrassing and or emotionally hurting you?
