There aren't any as long as you wait until your doctor gives you the OK to get a massage. And then, only deep abdominal work would be contraindicated.
I was banded on October 24th of this year and to tell you the truth, I cannot find it. I cannot feel it with my hands actually do not know where the thing is!!!
