What are the correct cleaning and sanitizing procedures for pots and pans?

Answer:
You put them in a kitchen sink and wash them in hot water and dishwashing liquid, using a scourer if necessary. You then dry them and put them in the cupboard with the lids on , to keep any bugs or mice out of them. Anything beyond that is unnecessary and might indicate an abnormal fear of germs. There are millions of germs ,both good and potentially harmful, in our bodies and in every corner of our surroundings, and we could'nt exist without them. Don't listen to advertising that tells us we must use an arsenal of chemical- laden cleaning products ( a lot more harmful than bacteria ) to eliminate them for the sake of our health.
