What are the difference between books and music?

Answer:
This is an interesting question, considering how much technology has changed.

In the past, we would say:
  • we listen to music
  • we read musical scores (the notes)
  • we feel music, emotionally or notes in Brail
  • we read books
  • books and musical scores are imprinted on paper
  • music is played through musical instruments or records

But, with increased technology, we can:
  • listen to audio books
  • we can read electronic books
  • read or listen to books through iPads, cellphones, etc.

However, with the exception of the type of media music is placed on, music has remained relatively unchanged for centuries.
