What are the differences between modular buildings and manufactured homes?

Modular buildings are houses that come pre-built, but in sections (usually arive on flatbed trucks!) a manufactured house is build in a warehouse or factory where all the walls are built individually and the same people build the same walls over and over (think assembly line).
