What are the different types of clefs and what do they mean?

Answer:
the types/kinds of clefs are
G-clef
treble-clef
bass-clef
c-clef
  • G-clef/ treble clefs-encircled by the curl of clef
  • c-clef-that passes through the center of the clef
  • bass-clef-between the two dots of the clef
  • once of these clefs has been placed on one of the lines of the staff, the other lines and spaces can be read in relation to it.
A clef is a musical symbol used to indicate the pitch of written notes.Placed on one of the lines at the beginning of the staff it indicates the name and pitch of the notes on that lines.....

The other name for the bass-clef is the F-Clef due to its dots surrounding the F-line. Good to know when trying to figure out what the lines and spaces are.
