Not sure what you mean. I'm a professional graphologist and there are countless types of handwriting if your inquiry is a question of the various defined diagnostic categories in the analysis of written language production. If you could be more specific I might be able to help you.

But if what you are asking concerns the most general of categories and you are speaking of alphabet based notation (e.g., Roman, Hebraic, Russian, Arabic, et al), not notation systems composed of pictographs (e.g., Chinese, Hieroglyphs, etc.) then the very simplest of answers would be that there is PRINTED writing, and CURSIVE writing.

Printed writing is where each letter is distinct and not connected to the other letters in a word or between words. Cursive writing occurs when the letters of a word, and in some cases the spaces between words, are connected by the continuous contact of the writing implement on the writing surface. Cursive writing evolves from printed writing when there is a practical need for speed and also due to the ease of physiological constricts of fine motor control when the quantity of text must be produced frequently and efficiently while retaining some degree of legibility. Legibility is nearly always sacrificed in the service of speed and the limits of fine motor control.

What kind of handwriting does a sociopath have?

Their handwriting is no better or no worse than anybody elses. Sociopaths are not different outwardly in any way, it is their behaviour that shows the signs of the condition.

Changing handwriting every so often is a symptoms of being sociopath?

Well.. I've never heard that one before. From what I know the handwriting of a sociopath is no different to the handwriting of a 'normal' person. Do 'normal' people not change their hand writing every now and again? People get bored of the same thing and so they try to do something different. If that were a symptom then about 80% of the population would be sociopaths. Changing handwriting frequently can equally be a sign of 'instability' or 'creativity' - of itself it is neither good nor bad, apparently there are several hundred factors that go into proper 'handwriting analysis', which is not a foolproof science. Some multiples have a different handwriting for every person within the system, and so the changing of handwriting would be expected.
