Since the nature of Dodgeball is broad as with this question, I will answer based off of what the National Dodgeball League www.thendl.com currently uses:
Blockers are 8.5 inch Champion Sports brand double ply red balls.
Stingers are 5 inch Champion Sports double ply red balls.
Unless it's an NDL Sanctioned Event, Stingers are not as common as the Blockers are. Blockers (8.5 inch) are pretty easy to pick up. They do not have to be a specific brand either.
You can purchase some at your local sports or department store from $2.99 to $5.99. If you're seeking to match what the NDL uses, the Champion Sports Brand 8.5 inch ball costs $2.99 and can be found at Dicks Sporting Goods Online.
