Magnesium has the chemical symbol Mg. If we see Mg2 in an expression or formula, we know that there are 2 atoms of magnesium in the expression or formula. That's the way it appears in Mg2RuH4. There is also (and probably most commonly) those times we encounter the ion of magnesium, and Mg+2 is our way of writing that. The magnesium has loaned out its two valence electrons, and has formed a compound according to its nature (and it's now in its +2 oxidation state). An example of magnesium in compound is MgO, which is the oxide of magnesium, magnesium oxide.
I never had any early signs. I just went into labour. The earliest signs you will get is sharp pains or cramping, loss of mucus plug, water breaking, or leaking fluid. Hope that helps
Yeah, insomnia can definitely be one of the signs of magnesium deficiency. Magnesium is needed to relax muscles and calm down the nervous system so if you don't have much, it will cause a lot of problems in getting good sleep. I only know this cause I used to have tons of trouble sleeping and then found out I was potentially low in magnesium and told there could be a connection. So I got some really good magnesium supplement. The form and quality really does matter (meaning you get what you pay for).
