If it is in the head of the pancreas they symptoms will be weight loss, jaundice, and abdominal pain. Cancer in the body or the tail of the pancreas will cause abdominal pain and weight loss. There will eventually be more digestive system complaints such as abdominal pain bloating, satiety or a feeling of fullness, nausea, diarrhea, pale-colored stools. As it grows and spreads the cancer affects the whole body, with malaise and loss of appetite, elevated blood sugars. Jaundice will occur when the cancer blocks the bile duct. Finally there may be a general itch to the skin.
