Answer

It is hilarious to think that would be any educational requirements to become a professional footballer. No education is required and football talents rarely waste time attending college (unlike the nfl Gridiron players in america) there's no Draft whatsoever and no requirements. They play football 24/7 constantly honing their skills as opposed to wasting time doin some weak degree. However there are regulations issued by FIFA that prevents clubs from signing talents from different continents before they are at least 15 to 16. However. In some cases very young talents are offered to go to school and take a basic education along with playing football. Most clubs are required to give promising youngsters the oppertunity of taking an education.

Position Description
Football is one of the most popular sports today. Millions view professional football games on television and in person. Tickets to the annual Super Bowl are coveted.
Professional Football Players usually start their careers playing touch football as youngsters. (There are no female professional football leagues.) As they grow older they may try out for their junior high or high school team. Over time many individuals develop sufficient talent to obtain athletic scholarships to colleges that seek them out to play on their teams. Other individuals enroll in military academies and play on armed services teams.
Members of college teams generally must have at least a minimum passing grade to stay on the team. In addition to playing in games, schools that put a great deal of emphasis on their football program train their team members extensively in the sport. Athletes then have opportunities to refine their skills and learn everything there is to know about the game. They practice constantly. Players attend clinics and seminars to help them improve their skills and techniques until they are as close to perfect as possible.
Games and competitions help individuals hone their skills. Most colleges have tournaments against other schools. Some colleges belong to national collegiate conferences that organize tournaments.
Many college football games are televised by local, regional, and/or network television. This helps to bring the talented Players to the attention of pro teams. Scouts also travel to the various colleges seeking the very best Players. When individuals decide to turn professional, they sign up for a draft. This system gives professional teams the opportunity to choose new Players from people who are still amateurs. Only 336 Players are chosen from the draft each year. Players who are not drafted may become free agents and market themselves to any of the National Football League (NFL) teams. Others may try to become members of teams in the Canadian Football League (CFL).
Those who are lucky enough to be chosen will play professional football. Professional Football Players do not start right in playing with the team. Athletes attend training camps, which are usually held during the summer months. During this time they attend lectures and practice. They also compete against internal teams as they get ready for the football season. Individuals are assigned to do a specific job as part of the team. They may play offensively or defensively, depending on their skills.
Professional Football Players work actively for about six months of the year, during the football season. Individuals must constantly stay in shape, train, and exhibit talent or they will not be successful and their contracts may not be renewed. Players must move, at least during the season, to the area where the team is located. They must also travel to games held away from the home base. The careers of Pro Football Players maybe cut short due to injuries. Players who make it to the top, however, try to keep that worry in the back of their mind. What they try to concentrate on is the thought of being on a team that not only plays in the Super Bowl, but wins it as well.
