If you mean, for example, that a mother was 14 and the father was 17 the effects it would have for them being parents at that age are that they wont have much of an education, and therefore wont get payed much in their jobs. They could get a house off the council as they have a child who needs shelter. They could claim benefits, but wouldn't be able to afford the luxories in life. Life would be very dull for them. Their parents might not support them and the father of the baby might leave because, though not all, many do decide to leave. And therefore the mother of the baby is left on her own, with no support, to make all the decisions.
