Heroin can cause a person to shake or shiver, convulse, and it may also lead to increased appetite, irritability, and bi-polar mood swings, along with a distorted sense of reality. Withdrawal symptoms of heroine include but are not limited to: craving, restlessness, muscle and bone pain, insomnia, diarrhea, vomiting, sweats and cold flashes.
