i think you just don't have enough energy to do much. you will feel tired and exhausted. if you never eat enough calories, you will lose a lot of weight on top of always feeling sleepy. you need at least some calories.

There are many catagories of not eating healthy. Eating to much, and eating too little for short. Eating junk food all the time is very bad, it causes obesity, and obesity causes heart problems and respitory problems. Eating to little casues your body to eat itself when there arnt enough proteins being ingested and a hole smorgess board of problems show up there.
