not too much. in very high quantities effects similar to smoking cannabis may be felt however this is unusual due to the much lower concentration of canibinoids in second hand rather than first hand smoke.

Pure cannabis smoke has a very low neuro toxicity as well as a low concentration of cancer causing chemicals, some chemicals present in cannabis have even been proved to prevent cancer. If the cannabis is smoked in a joint then much more harmful and damaging chemicals are present from the tobacco which is far more worrying than the cannabis.
