Wellbutrin (Bupropion) and Strattera (Atomoxetine) both have less recreational value than caffeine, so snorting coffee powder will probably bring more pleasure.
Concerta (Methylphenidate) is a stimulant that causes an improvement in motivation and attention, and reduces somonolence by increasing alertness. But it does not really make one feel happy or satisfied like many recreational drugs or antidepressants do. So it is often abused by students as an aid to study before an exam.

Concerta is made snort-proof by its manufacturer. Its active ingredient is in the state of a sticky gum concealed inside multiple hard layers of different inert substances to facilitate slow release. Even if someone manages to transform it to powder form and successfully snorts it, the high will probably last less longer than the time taken to prepare the powder.

Also there will be a risk of overdose due to the absence of the slow release mechanism. An overdose of Methylphenidate can cause serious heart arrhythmia and often death.
