ANSWER #1
Christ was sent from God as a God man In my opinion. I believe Christ or Christianity is as new and as unknown as God himself, much better and more profound than the human imagination could ever construct. The main ethic is do unto others as you your self would have others do unto you, and expect others to treat you with that personal dignity. And the main moral decision is to accept God as your personal father, to talk to him while kneeling or with great respect get to know him and wait for his communication with you and to do his will like Christ did, even if this could cause your life's loss in this life.
ANSWER #2
Jesus stepped into human history approximately 2000 years ago. He began His public ministry at the age of 30 and was crucified 3 years later. During that short period He imparted a message so remarkable in its simplicity, Love. Over the ensuing centuries and after much argument by those claiming to speak for Him during that time, His simple message has been rendered so complex. When asked by the Pharisees which was the most important of God's commandments, Jesus said that we must love God with our whole, heart and soul and mind and love our neighbour (by which He meant everyone around us) as ourselves. We must also have a sense of self-pride or self-esteem, which may also be interpreted as love of ourselves, so that we may be in a healthy frame of mind and body to serve others who must always come first. (This may be verified by reading the Gospel of Matthew, 22:37 and verified by Mark's Gospel, 12:28-31).
Before the Last Supper, as Jesus was washing the feet of His disciples, the disciples especially Peter, protested that as their Master, He should not do this. Jesus again spoke of love, telling them that unless He did this they would not learn the value of selfless love and humility. At this point he told them that this is the mark by which all men would know that they are His disciples, that they love one another ( a reading of John's Gospel 13:35 will illustrate this).
In Saint Paul's letter to the Christian community of Corinth, he again enforced idea that love was all that was needed to be a follower of Jesus. He told them that the Holy Spirit should be their only guide and they would be blessed with gifts of the Holy Spirit which were all based on Jesus concept of love. The Holy spirit would give Christians the ability to speak with Wisdom and Knowledge through their Faith in Jesus. Some Christians would be given the gift of Healing, and yet others the ability to perform miracles, to prophesy, and others the ability to speak in tongues and have them interpreted by other Christians.
