This is a very broad question. When answering I am presuming this means, What are the techniques of contemporary dance? All the names below, refer to the people who created what is now known as contemporary techniques or styles.The two founders were Isadora Duncan & Martha Graham, but of course many people have contributed to the progression of dance since the beginning of the 21 century.This list is by no means concise, just a few of the prolific at random.
