By not letting anyone tell you what you have to do and you be your own boss :) I'm currently living a dream by working on my own for what? 2-3 hours day using a simple affiliate marketing strategy, I strongly recommend if you're a beginner to apply what is in my bio here, I got my first sale in the same day I applied and it made me quit my job after 3 weeks applying, I strongly recommend, soon I intend to open an YouTube channel to talk more about it as it is not available to everybody yet

Job satisfaction means different things to different people.Some employees might be happy or content with simple work life and others will be satisfied with having additional benefits or conditions.The above two factors are known an hygiene factors and motivating factors(based on Herzberg's model with regards to satisfaction).Some employees will be satisfied mainly by this things which should already be in place(these are considered the basic or basis for doing your work:e.g. you work for a salary,you expect to be given eg working clothes and also having the legally required benefits such as UIF. Motivation factors are those things which can contribute to you being satisfied with your work,these might include additional fringe benefits such as medical aid and pension.These are things that might not necessarily be necessary but make the employee's work more satisfying.

Job satisfaction is a two way street in that both the employer and employee must insure that it exists.

The nature of a job can be planned, altered and changed. From the perspective of the employee, studies have shown that workers who enjoy their jobs and believe that they can play a role in the company's success perform better. They must also be made aware that the job is not a "dead-end " one. That good performance can lead to promotions and better pay. So job satisfaction is vital for the employees attitude.

The employer wants to always make sure that the employees are happy with their jobs. As stated above, all the good things that job satisfaction brings helps the company and its employees. The company also have a system whereby employees can make suggestions on how their jobs or other things they see can make a positive change. There must be a monetary award for good suggestions.
