------ I would say that you should discuss with the parents. There are many different factors like how many children what age (infants and toddlers are harder), how in demand you are, what type of neighborhood you live in (is it a wealthy neighborhood?). Most of this I have recently learned from researching on the web as I am trying to learn about babysitting to... I am taking a course in 2008.
It depends on the kids and their ages. This is what I think what would be pretty apropriate. It might be more or less depending on the kid. For instance, if they are the most fussiest kid in the world, you might charge a little more. Sometimes it is just polite to say "Pay me however much you wish" If they ask you what you'd like to be paid, be honest, and follow these guidlines. Remember, you make more if you continuously make 5$ than if you demand 40$ and never get hired again by that family. For 1-2 kid(s) age 1 month to 1 year: 3-4.00 per hour(Depends on how well you take diaper changing) For 1-2 kid(s) age 1 year to 4 years: 4.00 per hour For 1-2 kid(s) age 4-6: 5.00 per hour(Strongwilled) 1-2 kid(s) age 6-12: 4.00 per hour 1-2 kid(s) age 13+: None or very little. They pretty much take care of themselves. Increase 1 dollar for additional chidren. If has more than 7 kids, go up .25 after kids #6. For instance: One 13 year old One 11 year old One 8 year old One 5 year old Charge: (13 year old, none. 11 year old 4.00. 8 year old 1.00. 5 year old 1.00. Total: 6$ per hour) Or: One 2 year old One 4 year old Charge: 5.00 dollars per hour ~Minicooper Out! It depends on the kids and their ages. This is what I think what would be pretty apropriate. It really depends on how old the children are. I, Being a babysitter as well, charge $5.00 an hour, for one child. If it is two children, I charge $10.00 an hour. In my opinion, it also depends on if they're a family friend. If that, I go a bit easy on them, and I don't charge that much. Have fun babysitting!
About 5 to 10 dollars an hour. dont be too pushy, or you might not be hired again. If you don't want to be hired again, bargain it off.
there is no set price its up to the babysitter and parents

The daily babysitting rate for Ontario is actually quite low. It is the equivalent to 5 dollars an hour in American money.
I can't tell you how much because it actually depends on the person, how old you are, how the kids you're babysitting, how many kids you're babysitting so yeah. For me the average price would be about 30-60 dollars.
The babysitting rate in Arkansas will vary depending on the person hiring a babysitter and the amount of children. Generally, a person is paid per kid. In most cases, it is about 10 or 15 dollars per kid.
