I eventually learned that the video was from the girl's mind(from the well). It's a mystery, but it makes more sense if you watch the second movie(possibly not). They were signs of something(probably death). It's a very sad and scary story, since the girl was a demon, or bad spirit. The purpose of the video was so she would be known, and people are stupid enough to rent and watch it.
