I found a list of ingredients as follows:
Dextrose, Corn Syrup, Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Malic Acid, Maltodextrin, and Less than 2% of Calcium Stearate, Egg Albumen, Artificial Flavors, Mono- and Diglycerides, Blue 1 Lake, Blue 2 Lake, Red 40 Lake, Yellow 5 Lake.
However, on a small roll of Sweet Tarts I have in front of me they contain all of the above with the exception of Egg Albumen. It does have a note that says it's produced in a facility that processes egg and wheat. It may be advisable to avoid this product if one's egg allergy is severe.

I've actually eaten an ant before, they really don't taste like anything. Kind of how oysters takes like nothing. I highly advise you NOT to eat ants if you want something sweet to eat.
