There is no such thing as "international accreditation". What you need to pay attention to is the accreditation/university recognition rules for each individual nation whose universities you're considering. You also want to pay attention to things like the reputation of a uni within its home country, and - if you plan to work outside that country - abroad.
So as one example, in the US, the most important type of accreditation you want in any university you're looking at is "regional accreditation". That's the minimum standard. If you want the degree to be recognized by employers and other universities, your uni must be regionally accredited.
There are world university rankings tables. The Times of London does a good one, and there are many others. Such rankings lists can help you evaluation the international reputation of a program. In addition, within countries, there are often rankings tables. The US News and World Reports has one for the US, for example; while MacLeans does one for Canada.
