Social influence is divided into three parts which are reference group ,opinion leader and social classes. Reference group is a group whose value structures and standards influence a person's behavior.Opinion leader is trendsetter who purchase a new product before other and influence other people to buy it.Social classes divided into six part ,upper-upper class ,upper-lower class ,upper-middle class ,lower -middle class ,working class and lower class.
Family influence included four roles of spouse,there are autonomic, husband dominant ,wife dominant and syncratic dominant.
Autonomic role is independently in purchase of products such as personal care. Husband dominant role is certain purchase decisions are made by husband such as insurance. Wife dominant role is wife who make the purchase decisions such as buying children outfits. Syncratic role is both partners jointly make the purchase decisions such as buying house.
