You can save from Photoshop in many formats like JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF. Difference is because TIFF can save layers, PDF can save vector data while JPEG and PNG can save only flat image or only pixels. There are and many other formats to save or export image from Photoshop but usually people work and save all their images in PSD format because this format supports all Photoshop capabilities and can keep most of them as editable. Off course when you need image for Web you will save it usually as JPEG to post it but keep original always and my advise is to keep it in PSD format on your computer.
Vector (will be rasterized on open if not saved in Photoshop PDF format) and raster images.
Beside PSE You can open any other format that Photoshop Elements have to offer to save image.

Types of images are: 1.Compressed image 2.RGB image (True Color Image & has 3 pixels ) 3.RGBA image (True Color Image & has 4 pixel or more ) 4.Grayscale image (Black & White) 5.Palette image (16 colors per pixel ) All i want is to " Like" ! Thanks !
I find the easiest way for me is to drag and drop. Open the folder your images are in and drag the images you want to import into the photoshop workspace and drop them. This will not delete, cut or alter the original images. You can either click and drag the image into the Photoshop window, or you can go to File>Open and choose the image you want to insert
I don't know very well about your so-called photoshop images. But as long as they're regular images in jpg,bmp or any other formats, they can be opened in the cellphone.
You probably mean how to combine images. There are several ways to do that in Photoshop: open 2 images in Photoshop, convert background layer to normal for image nmb. 2 then drag it into window with image 1. Another way is to use File > Place command to import image from hard drive into document with already open image in Photoshop.
Adobe Bridge is media browser and organizer and comes with Photoshop installation. Find image in Bridge and select it by clicking on it, then go to File > Open (Ctrl + O) to open it in Photoshop, or right click and choose Open or Open With > Adobe Photoshop.
DNG files you can open in Camera Raw Photoshop plugin which comes with Photoshop installation. Find photo in Bridge and double click it or use Ctrl + R. From Camera Raw you can open it from Open button at right bottom of Camera Raw window (Shift + click) to open as Smart Object.
Yes, Adobe Photoshop does support GIF images. GIF (Graphics Interchange Format) is a popular image format that supports both static images and animations. In Photoshop, you can open and edit GIF files just like any other image format. You can also create and edit GIF animations using Photoshop's animation tools. Thanks!
you can browse your images in Bridge, add tags to find more quickly image you need, rename multiple files, open images in Photoshop Layers, create panorama, create .pdf files, web galery in Bridge.
Nothing bad, it is image editing program to work with images. When it's not open, it does nothing to your computer, when it is open, it uses a lot of the RAM memory. Photoshop is a very RAM intensive program, but if you ever need those resources back to use with other programs, all you need to do is exit the Photoshop.
