4. 18 ( Eighteen) year old vote

Fourth Amendment

This amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures and says that search warrants will only be issued upon probable cause.

Sixth Amendment

This amendment protects:

  • right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury in the area where the crime was committed
  • right to know what crime he/she is charged with
  • right to counsel (have help from a lawyer)
  • right to see the witnesses against him/her.
Ninth Amendment

This amendment says that the people also have rights not listed in the Constitution.

Twelfth Amendment

This amendment reforms the system by which the president is elected, distinguishing between votes for president and votes for vice-president.
