Depends really. Are you in a location that has emission testing? If so, the car won't pass. You'd have to do alot to that engine and the exhaust system to get it passable. If not, than none really. It IS a Japanese motor so it is for "racing of off-road use only." Depending on how anal the police force is in your area, you shouldn't have a problem. Obviously don't act stupid in the car. This is like someone putting a 454 in their Camaro. Most likely, it's not street legal but it's all about what the police enforce.
