there are many causes for automobile accidents the main causes are these here. falling asleep at the wheel is a main cause. weather can also cause accidents (Snow, Ice or Rain,ect..);driving under the influence. driver distractions including cell phones, insects in the car, playing music and reaching for things such as kids or food. collisions with animals in the road, usually deer, but also birds, horses, cows and dogs. there are other causes but these are the most common reasons for car wrecks.
