Yes, Cesar Milan has had many dogs who reverted back to bad behavior. One of the Akita mixes in his first season ended up being put down after badly attacking one of the other dogs she lived with. I mean, some people do fail, I do think he is really good at training dogs, but some just don't want to listen or have so much of a bad behavior, nothing can change them. Cesar Milan doesn't train dogs, he trains people. He demonstrates for the owners what techniques will work to correct a behavior, but it is up to the owner to master the techniques. The owners don't always succeed.
