Attention to detail, comfortability with numbers, patience with paper work and understanding of economics, nature and weather are necessary characteristics of a good organic farmer. Much of the existing support system is geared towards commercial, large-scale farming. Organic farmers therefore need to pay attention to the fine print that differentiates failure and success: balancing budgets, calculating controls, completing start-up and yearly paper works, identifying resource drains and selecting environmentally friendliest, most effective biological, cultural and mechanical treatment options.
Organic Gardening is feeding the soil and not the plants. Decomposing plants and animal manure is added to the soil instead of chemical fertilizer. Plants that have bad chemicals in them such as nicotine are not used. The second principle is to grow plants without stress of weeds and extreme weather. The third principle is to keep insects away naturally. The gardener may pick bugs off by hand or use water spray to remove them. Slugs can be controlled with eggshells or diatomaceous earth. The fourth principle is to minimise any bad effects on the environment. Things like crop rotation and not using plants that should not be grown in the area.
The USDA, Stockman Grass Farmer, and Acres USA all offer good statistics on organic agriculture.
They break down organic matter, and aerate soil.
The Flower Farmer: An Organic Grower's Guide to Raising and Selling Cut Flowers, by Lynn Byczynski and Perennials for Every Purpose, by Larry Hodgson are two very good books on organic gardening.
Good air flow is necessary for the decomposition of organic matter because decaying matter builds up gases. If the gases are not allowed to escape the area, there could be an explosion.

Good farmers use good farming techniques, like rotating crops and planting buffer zones when growing GMO crops. They also know when to plant and when to harvest, though this can vary somewhat from season to season. They also implement good weed and insect controls so as not to overuse synthetic fertilizer and pesticides that pollute the environment.
Most of the organic molecules have good bit of number of carbons in it.An organic molecule having carbon, Hydrogen and oxygen is called ether. An organic molecule having carbon, hydrogen and Nitrogen is called amines. All organic compounds have carbon and hydrogen in them, the compound needs both carbon and hydrogen to be organic.
Its organic and has a good water holding capacity when hydrated. It is fiberous and helps bind the soil. It is slight acidic in nature.
Good day every one
Depending on where you live clean food is not always easy to find. A good source of clean food are local farmer's markets. Not all the food there is clean but you may find farmers that grow organic vegetables. Farmer's markets also quite often have butchers that have hormone free meats. If you live in a large city there may be clean food offered such as organic fruits and vegetables.
Because the organisms that live on the organic matter (saprophytic organisms-that means organisms that live on dead organic matter) need oxygen to respire, because they need oxygen for energy to break down the O.M :) Hope I helped
