Chocolates are unhealthy for kids if it is given before meals as it lower the child's diet . After eating chocolates kids will eat only half of their regular diet.

Chocolates can fulfill energy requirement but it does not have required nutrition such as vitamins , minerals etc . Over consumption of chocolate may leads health problems such as obesity, problems related to malnutrition etc.

I think that too much chocolate is considered too much only when you eat like more than 3 chocolates a day. The average number of chocolate a person should eat in one whole month is 10-15 chocolates. Whether it is big or small. For kids, it is normal to crave sweets but still not healthy for them to eat too much. It is a proven fact that many kids are becoming obese because of fattening foods and constant eating of sweets. If you don't want Diabetes in your life, or get fat, I suggest that you don't over eat sweets. You're welcome! 

I's fattening, has high fat, contains caffiene, melts in warm conditions, and can be fatal to dogs.
