Ice Hockey is played by able bodied players on ice skates with a stick and the rest of the regular gear. Sledge hockey is mainly a Paralympic sport and involves the participants sitting on a small sledge and moving themselves around using 2 small sticks which are used to hit the puck. It follows mainly the same rules as ice hockey with some small variations.

Hockey is very entertaining to people who know the rules. If you don't know the rules, then hockey is hard to understand.
