Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I made an error on my shipping address it was sent back to the company. They never contacted me about it, I finally had to look up my shipping code and it said it had been sent back. I emailed them about being reimbursed for my order and I received this email:
"I can send the order back to you, just give me the right Box number this time. Why haven't you done that?
I don't know why you are asking about reimbursement, I'm the one that has to pay to ship it back out.

You're better off going to another source, one who knows how to talk to customers.

You're kidding right? You admitted YOU made an error on your shipping address. From what you are saying, this guy is simply wanting the right shipping address so that the company can mail your order back out to you. He is right, if you gave the company the wrong mailing address it cost them to send it back out. How is that ripping you off?
I ordered from herbal smoke cafe about 4 months ago and I plan on returning soon. I ordered Bulldog and Dank and both were pretty good. The sample that came with my order was ok but I forgot the name of it.
