A manager is a person responsible for running the restaurant, or a part of the restaurant. They have responsibilities such as training, hiring, health and safety, food safety, and handling customer complaints.
Telecommunication wise , back office executive is mainly responsible from handling customer complaints that come from the first line support by coordinating with IT department, and the main objective is to reach customer satisfaction .
Internal customer complaints should be resolved with the same professionalism, sensitivity and courtesy you would use handling an external complaint. If an external complaint becomes an ongoing dispute or argument it is important to handle said complaint with immediacy before it has a negative impact on your business.
