What are the parts of a microscope?

Answer:
First of all which microscope do you want to know the parts to? A scanning electron microscope? Transition electron microscope? Bright field? Dark field? Phase contrast? Confocal?

These parts of found on a bright field light microscope:

fine adjustment knob
coarse adjustment knob
slit
light reflected
mirror
diaphragm
objective lens
handle
stage clips
nosepiece
revolving nose piece
Base
arm
eyepiece
stage
bodytube
stage

Noby thin, circle mirror. plate where you put stuff, rotational tri-piece. yeah! =))

Note:
I think the above "Noby" means "KNOBBY" (as in "bumpy"), and maybe "thin" means "thing"? And "plate were you put stuff" is the STAGE, and should be "WHERE" you put stuff.
