What are the parts of a muscle cell?

Answer:
Muscle cells are in most ways identical to any other animal cell. The only major difference is that muscle cells, or myocytes contain many more mitochondria. This is because myocytes need more energy than ordinary cells, due to the large number of contractile proteins that are active. The extra mitochondria allow more sites for aerobic respiration.
