I'm guessing that you meant clef names, because the staff is only called the staff, stave, or grand staff when there are two joined by a brace. There are three different types of clef signs for notes, the G clef (most commonly the treble clef), C clef (most commonly the alto or tenor clef) and F clef (most commonly the bass clef). These essentially point to where the respective note (C, G or F) would be on the staff. In addition, there are the "clefs" of tabulature (what fret to play on each string, i.e. guitar) and the neutral clef (for percussion). For more on this, visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clef and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Staff_(music) .
In a music staff, there are staves, a clef, a time signature and a key signature.
Staves - The lines on the staff. They indicate which note is being played.
Clef - A clef determines what octave or pitch you should play the notes written at. Examples of clefs are Bass Clef, Treble Clef and Alto Clef.
Time Signature - A time signature could look like this: 2/4. This means that there are two crotchets in a bar.
Key Signature - This determines what key the music is written in. If a sharp is written, the key is G Major. If a flat is written, it is F major. There are many sharps and flats that can be written to determine major or minor key.
Trebble (the higher one)
Bass (pronounced like base, the lower one)
There are only two staffs I know of: the treble and bass clefs.

G, C and F are names of notes on the staff.
Most musicians use staff paper (a single staff) showing key and time signatures, chord names above, lyrics below and on the staff depending on what instrument is playing or where certain licks may come in, these details vary depending on who makes them and who they are for.

In music, "FACE" is an acronym for the names of the notes in the spaces on the staff in treble clef. A staff has five lines, and those form 4 spaces in between. From bottom to top the notes are F, A, C, E.
