Same as the first time. Same risks as childbirth except that abortion is safer.

The same as for a first abortion. Very few. Abortion up to the 21 week is safer than childbirth and in the first trimester one of the safest procedures. Unless the first led to serious complications that still remains there should be no problem. If you are worried you should talk this though with your doctor.
