What are the problems with America's health care?

Answer:
The issue is always that every American should and does have access to health care. What is happening is that some Americans want equal health care and want others to pay for it. The cost of this conversion may well bankrupt America unless serious rationing occurs. We have already seen $2.9 billion dollars in losses associated with the new bill and no new individual covered for many years.

Massachusetts is an example of how the health care system has massivly failed.

The new bill has already cut sending in our public option (which 44% of Americans are already enrolled in) by $400 billion. 16,000 new tax auditors are being hired now to hunt down and hurt our business sector.

A quality of life panel has been started to decide who and how much medicine is fair to give people that are elderly or infirmed. Quality of life years will be compared with the cost of a treatment. This will determine who lives and who dies.

Most of America (over 50%) was against this bill and Congress ignored the will of the masses.

Health care reform would have been good if i had covered ignored issues like tort reform, care for handicapped (scheduled for 2016!) and pre existing conditions would have been far better. The current Administration is more interested in taking over the freedoms and economy of America to control the masses and restrict freedom.
