What are the profitable businesses during the great depression?

Furniture stores were selling well for some odd reason.

Stuff like guns and liquor wasn't as profitable ( unless you had a big company, and/ or a gang like Capone.). Farming wasn't that good.

Newspapers did well only for a bit. Banks that still made it, people who swapped land etc. made a lot of money.
