What are the proper foods to eat before running? |

Answer
Hydrate constantly for one or two days before the race.
The night before eat carbs.
The day of the race eat fruits (bananas especialy).
One hour before a race eat something light being sure to chew completely to aid digestion.
Finaly after your race eat something high in nutrients. The first 30 minutes after a race are key.
I know it sounds weird but bananas have a very high amount of energy and you are meant to eat them before running!
