Pro's: It's money for the contractors that build it, money for the shop owners inside the mall, and also returns money to the community in ways of Business Taxes, etc that the mall owners have to pay. The cons: Some people will see a mall as an eyesore, or nothing more than a corporate fishing rod, with customers as bait.. taking advantage of having stores in one place, encouraging people to go there, rather than having to drive to other stores which are further apart. This way, they can increase prices at malls, and gain extra profit.
