You have the benefit of knowing that you are not doing something wrong and inhumane. Killing an animal and eating it is the worst thing we do on a daily basis.
The health benefits are numerous. Humans are born vegetarians. Our bodies were made to eat only non-veg and eating a lot of meat is slow-death to ourselves. There are so many benefits but you so some research.
Being a vegetarian will change your life. You will be a better person. Eating meat has lots of negative psychological damages. If we eat too much meat, our mind will never be good.

Do research, don't kill animals, and be vegetarian!
