Most auto stores will not sell just the cvjoint. I can get the axles with cvjoints and boots for new is $70.00 per side plus a $70.00 core charge or remanufactured for $60.00 per side plus $60.00 core charge per side.
Hey Terry=-Turn the wheels all the war in one direction then accelerate from a stop. If that c/v joint is bad it will make a rythymatic clicking but quiten when going streight. Try it both ways....
