after finishing college and taking the required courses like Chemistry 1,2 and Anatomy1,2 psychology math courses pharmacology toxicology biology then you can apply to a medical college of your choice like Johns Hopkins or others get accepted then do an internship while studying and working 18 hrs a day pick your field ie internal medicine family practice OBGYN cardiology pulmonology pediatrics geriatrics endrochronology vet or neuro surgery thorasic oncology or so many others mine was Neurosensory and tactile training for infants with trisomy 21 and then there is plastic surgery or a personal favorite integrative medicine or in other words lots of hard work and study and mega bucks for school
