You'll need to go to their website, & shop for insurance via their links. Depending on your location, they may take you through the application process where you will find out what you need to apply. As far as I know, anyone & everyone is able to apply for insurance. If you need additional help, I would click their blue Customer Care dropdown tab on the top right hand of their homepage. There, depending on what state you live in, they will provide you with customer service contact information.
